Small Plane Crashes Through Building Roof Near Fullerton Airport
A single-engine aircraft pilot has died, and at least nine people are injured following a plane crash into a warehouse in Fullerton, California, on Thursday afternoon.
The crash took place at approximately 2:15 p.m. local time, as confirmed by the Federal Aviation Administration. Authorities from the Fullerton Police Department reported that the pilot did not survive the crash. Nine people were taken to the hospital, while six others received treatment and were released at the scene.
The aircraft involved was a single-engine Van-RV10, the FAA confirmed. While the plane is designed to carry up to four adults, it remains unclear how many people were aboard when the crash occurred.
