Florida Officers Takedown Carjacker from Fence, with Police Car in Dramatic Arrest caught on video.

Fritzen Paul, 40, from Lauderhill, Florida, has been charged in Collier County with carjacking and evading law enforcement, along with facing other charges in Lee County for crimes committed earlier that day.
According to authorities, Paul abandoned a Nissan Sentra and carjacked a couple in the Mariposa community of Naples, taking their gray Mazda CX-5 by force. He then led deputies on a high-speed chase, which ended near the I-75 toll plaza at Exit 101.
Deputies used a (P.I.T.) to stop the stolen vehicle. Paul fled on foot toward a nearby fence, but as he attempted to scale it, a marked Collier County Sheriff’s Office vehicle struck the fence, causing Paul to fall. He was quickly apprehended by law enforcement.
The carjacked couple was unharmed, and Paul was transported to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators from both Collier and Lee counties are collaborating as the case continues.
