Charlottesville, Virginia.— An altercation broke out at a Jiffy Lube when a younger woman, allegedly unable to pay her bill became aggressive according to witness.
The incident began when the woman, allegedly frustrated by her inability to cover the charges, started shouting and directing hostility at employees.
In an attempt to calm the situation, an older woman intervened. However, things quickly escalated when the younger woman pulled out her phone and attempted to strike the older woman with it.
The older woman then grabbed the phone in an effort to protect herself. The younger woman reportedly became even more aggressive, hitting and biting the older woman in an attempt to retrieve the phone.
