A man accused of dangerously driving a PT Cruiser on a busy road in Hendersonville has surrendered to authorities.

North Carolina.— Shane Mayfield, identified by local police, has been released on a $10,000 bond. Footage from the incident shows the PT Cruiser swerving and speeding along Howard Gap Road and Old Holbert Road, frequently trying to spin out of control.
